ORDERS

You can view each item in detail, through photos and a brief description, in the product detail sheet. If you want to buy it click on Buy. The product will end up in your cart, which you can access by clicking on the link at the top right, on all pages of the site.

You can decide whether to complete the purchase immediately or add other products.

In the cart, by clicking on Proceed you will be taken to the User Data page, where you will have to specify the delivery address for your order.

By clicking on Continue again you will be taken to the Confirm data page.

By clicking on Complete the order on the Confirm data page, the information relating to your order will be forwarded to Creazioni Valli and you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order.

The Promotion Code is a personalized code, issued on special occasions, which allows you to access exclusive promotions on products.

The “Promotion code” space is displayed on the first page of the data confirmation: enter your code and click OK to get the new total.

Enter the my orders section, at the top right. You will be able to see all the information relating to the status of your orders.

The status can be:

  • In preparation (the order has been received but not yet shipped)
  • Shipped (the ordered items have been delivered to the courier)
  • Canceled (the order has been canceled)

PAYMENTS

We accept payment to Stripe service (Stripe.com).

  • The cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Stripe

All communications between your browser and our site as well as those between our site and Stripe (payment service), take place in maximum security thanks to the use of an encrypted channel (SSL certificates and therefore on HTTPS protocol). Furthermore, the credit card information that you issue to Stripe is in no way shared with Creazioni Valli.

All orders from Italian companies and Italian individuals are processed through the SDI. It is possible to request a digital copy of the electronic invoice. For foreign customers, the invoice is sent together with the shipment of the order.

SHIPMENTS

The order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment. From the moment you receive the order shipment confirmation e-mail, the delivery times are:

  • Italy: expected 1-2 working days

  • Europe: expected 2-3 working days

Remember that orders may be subject to delays in delivery in the event of holidays, strikes or adverse weather events.

Using the tracking number.

Upon departure of the products from our warehouse, you will receive all the details and the link to follow the status of your delivery step by step to the email address provided to us.

RETURNS

You can return any purchased product within 14 working days from the date of receipt. That’s how:
  • Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Send an email to info@creazionivalli.com specifying the reasons for the return / replacement and the order number.
  • Prepare the package and send it to: Creazioni Valli srl, Via della Repubblica 9 24064 Grumello del Monte BG – Italy. The return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of receipt at our warehouse.
  • We remind you that we can only refund / replace products returned correctly and that the costs incurred by Creazioni Valli srl for the shipment and insurance of the goods will be deducted from the amount due.

In case you do not want to replace the goods, we will proceed with the refund.

After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.

The time for the refund depends on the payment method used:

  • payment with PayPal: the refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation email.

Yes. In this case the shipping costs are charged to the customer.
